My service repair experience has NOT been positive. My 2008 C300 has been in the shop for a total of 35 days (4 trips) to repair my satellite radio. Finally,I was told it is normal for the radio to continue to loose its signal-despite the fact that this did not happen for the first 26 months of ownership. On 2 of the service appointments they were "unable to duplicate the problem" but the radio failed to operate within three blocks of the dealership when I picked up the car. On my last visit, I was told that this failure is "normal" for my model year. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am consulting a Lemon Law attorney over their failure to address this continuing problem with my vehicle.
As a "final" comment on this issue, the dealership in AZ where I purchased the car repaired the "normal" operating radio.
