In Feb. I ordered two suits, a navy pinstripe 3 button vested & a 3 button vested light gray pinstripe. When the package arrived it contained only oothe navy suit & no gray & no explanation. I checked my Visa and yes they charged me for both suits. I immediately emailed them and received a reply that they were out of the gray in my size and was told to pick another & reply with the sku #. I picked another light gray pinstripe vested. When the suit arrived it was a light gray 2 button. No vest & no pinstripe.
I called & was told to pick still another suit and when it arrived to put the wrong suit in the box & mrk it REFUSED and take it to UPS because I told them I would not pay to return their mistake. A week later & no suit arrived. I emailed them 3 times without a reply. I called and was hung up on. I emailed them a 4th time & told them that I had filed a dispute with Visa & if I didn't hear from them I would file a complaint with the FBI for Internet Fraud & with the Ca. Attorney Generals Consumer Fraud Division.
I received a call within ten minutes and was asked to pick 3 suits and they would send one. I did so & also told them to have UPS issue a will call pick up label for the wrong suit which is in the box still sitting next to the front door to be picked up.
A very nice charcoal pinstripe two button vested suit arrived Friday evening. Not exactly what I originally wanted. But I'm satisfied.
I've bought suits from them in the past and never had a problem.
