I went to the Los angeles store and found s specific design of tuxedos that I wanted to order for my wedding. I needed 4 tuxedos for my groomsmen but they did not have all the sizes that I wanted. However, they promised that they will ship them to my address. Unfortunately they sent the wrong design and color. I contacted and asked why they had shipped the wrong tuxedos and they told me that they no longer had the design I initially wanted. I requested a refund and they refused to give me a refund. I returned the tuxedos and filed a complaint/dispute with my credit card company. Their customer service is poor and they do not pay attention to the customer's needs. I would consider this company to be fraudulent.
