I ordered suits and vests from this company's actual location in California (under the banner MensUSA). The items were not delivered together but almost a week apart in three shipments, and of course, they wouldn't tell me why there was a delay yet I needed the items for a wedding and timing was extremely critical. The wedding vests finally arrived in the third shipment after I was successfully able to rant to the owner on phone (previous attempts to contact them by email or phone were unfruitful as my calls were either ignored or was hung up on) but they were the wrong color and the wedding was a week away with no way of getting the right color vests from another vendor in time. Their suits were fantastic, but their service, combined with the hassle of interacting with them when they make a mistake (which they will) is not worth the money. The only successful way to deal with this company is to buy from their store in California and leave the store with your merchandise in hand. Relying on their online store or future shipment will result in untold inconveniences. Also be wary of their listed employees (on MensUSA.com) since all last names of their employees, end with an A, B or C. If that doesn't raise any red flags, I'm not sure what else will. All phone numbers listed on their pages, Men's USA and Men's Italy (business number, customer service number and toll free number) are answered by the same two people. Something's definitely amiss with this crew and it's only a matter of time before the law catches up with them. Deal with them at your own risk.
