COMPANY GREED FOR MONEY

Having read other complaint's I, understand perfectly why client's are dissatisfied. My first order took approx 10 days to arrive. Returned black pair of pants for an exchange and interim purchased another brown pair of pants. I realize it will take some time to correct an new order but, the issue is - Customer Relationship. It would be appreciated if the retail individual, he/ she would respond via email. Inform what the status of the order is etc., instead by a coded name "i12" for instance.
Mr. Fazio Anderson when your salary is at management rate, how about getting your phone number in order and an email address where you can be reached. You must live in a penthouse for your address differs from the store address.
Furthermore, it is my contention that your entire work force need a complete overhaul ... starting with you if not already. A style mastered by President Trump!
