The return policy on the site is:
Our return policy is simple
We guarantee your satisfaction. We have an unconditional return policy on all unworn, and unused new items purchased. Returns must come with their original packing and labels. Once the item is received, we will refund the full purchase price minus the %10 restocking fee. No shipping fees are refunded. You must make a request to return your item within 7 days after you received your item, otherwise we shall deem that you are satisfied with your purchase and the sale will become final. If somehow we mistakenly misrepresented the item we will reimburse the full amount paid plus return shipping cost.
The sales agent I talked to over the phone took my order for 5 suits. The agent sent me 3 suits that matched my request and 2 other random suits that I didn't order. In addition, the suits didn't come with invoices and I was charged $900 instead of the $850 I was quoted over the phone. I was also promised a confirmation email which I never received. I called to get a refund and the person who picked up the phone said they don't give refunds. That's not what the above text from the site says. Then he hung up on me. Clearly, I'm disputing the charge. I can't believe that these criminals are being allowed to operate like this. I know there are more victims out there besides me.
