I have had two stints with Menifee Dental Group. We left them a couple of years ago after we changed insurance. I returned recently. I was reminded of why we did not miss them on my very first visit. The staff is uniformly friendly, with the exception of the Office Manager. However, for every single procedure I received, they tried to sell me something. A young woman would come in and try to get me to upgrade: upgrade my crown, or get overlays (hundreds of dollars), or for the bacteria-zapping laser treatment when I went in for a cleaning. It is just ridiculous. My insurance, which they told me is one of the better ones, left me potentially owing hundreds of dollars. $450 for teeth cleaning?! It is just crazy. A fifteen-second procedure to put fluoride in my gums cost $120. It's just a money factory. I will say, the Dental Hygienist is great. He is very professional and knowledgable.
I called to leave a message to inquire about the cost of my upcoming crown procedure. I called after hours. I left a voice mail. I could not tell if I was being recorded. The machine kept beeping. I called back to the voice mail three times, complaining about having to hear all of the hours of operation, etc. The Office Manager called me back the next day, irate that I left frustrated messages. She called me an "asshole" and a "jerk". Just a pathetic lack of professionalism. My recommendation: don't go there. No amount of cheerful staff makes up for her rudeness and getting ripped off.
