I wish there were a much lower rating available!!!! I paid over $1300 for a procedure for my son quite a few months ago that was never done on him. Since they did not do the procedure, I requested (over a month ago) to have my money refunded to me. I was then told they would set up an appointment so that I could "discuss treatment options" with the dentist. I informed them that I do not want to discuss any treatment options nor do I need an appointment, all I want is my money refunded. They then tried to discourage me by telling me it would be two weeks before I even saw the refund (like that would deter me)! Over two weeks later I called and was told that it would be another 5 days. The staff kept giving me the runaround and each person I spoke with claimed not to know anything about the other people not giving me the refund (surprise, surprise). The office manager Erica was also (miraculously) never available to speak to me. When I finally was graced with her Holiness talking to me, she kept trying to mitigate their role in jerking me around. Each time I spoke with someone, they "promised" to have their manager call me back "right away" or "first thing tomorrow". They are so incredibly unprofessional it's ridiculous. They are extremely overpriced, and have little to no regard for their patients.
