I purchased a tuffwrap 3G iphone case from their website on 12-28-09. Everytime I called the 866 # trying to get an update from them on the status of my order I was told they don't have access to the customer service system and some one would call me back. That never happened. Finally I started to email them. I was given a multitude of reasons why my $25 case hadn't shipped: it was out of stock, my order was lost, my card was declined, etc.
I finally received my order on 2-3-09 and the case broke after using it a week. Again.. I sent numerous emails & made calls to try to get a replacement. Again.. a multitude of excuses on why the replacement wasn't shipped. I finally received the replacement today (5-1-09) and IT WAS THE WRONG CASE & WASN'T EVEN FOR MY PHONE ! I just spoke with a Manager who claimed he was going to send me another case ASAP and send me a RMA to return the other case. Let's see if this happens. I would strongly suggest not ordering from this company unless you have tons of time to spend calling them & following up. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced.
