Customer service is not the best. Any repairs are referred to the field supervisor. That's the problem. They don't return phone calls and one has to continually call the office until they do respond. It's been a week now. Had the same problem when we had the roof installed. All the front office does is leave a message for the field supervisor with no apparent follow up. Seems that they leave that up to the customer. FRUSTrATING!
