As of right now I have not yet received my item from this company. I bought the upgrade for my macbook pro unibody for a second harddrive in my computer. I ordered my item and on their website it stated that it was "shipped". However as a couple days went on, my item was not shipped so I contacted them via telephone and email. Note: their telephone number just goes to voicemail the multiple times I called. I got an email from them giving me a tracking number for my item and it showed that my item was not shipped when it was SUPPOSE to be shipped but rather the day of the sent email. I emailed twice them again about this concern as the item would not arrive in time before I left my address for college and received no response. I would STAY AWAY FROM this company. There are better alternatives from more reputable company which I will not state here. It will be a little more expensive but probably safer and you'll get your item on time and better support.
