This company i would not recommend do to a lack of knowledge from employees. on oct 9 2008 i was told i could not arm my alarm with the motion sensors on due to my dogs in the house. on oct 21 2008 my house was broke into and items where stolen, i then tested my alarm with the dogs in the house and the dogs did not set the alarm system off. i would have not lost over $2,000.00 dollars worth of items if it were not for the incompatent employees of this business. i spoke to the 2 owners and got no where with them. i recommend not dealing with this company do to a lack of businees ethic and a sence of responsibility. If you choose to deal with this company good luck and i hope this does not happen to you.
