I ordered product from Max Colon. Received the product and cancelled within the 15 day"free trial". A fee days later I received a charge for 89.95. When I called them, they stated that I did not cancel within the allotted time and I had new product that had already shipped. I told them that I did cancel in time and Divon stated I could return the product for a full refund by emailing support@maxcolon.com. Emailed the site and was told I would get a reply within 24 hours. TWO days later, I did not receive a reply so I called back. I was on hold for 20 minutes before I ended the call with no success. I have emailed them again and asked for tracking information and I'm going to the bank to see if they can somehow reverse the charges. I spoke with a nice lady there and she said we can file fraud charges...with the emails that have been posted here(which i have printed out and will take with me), I think we may have a chance. Thanks to all who have shared their rotten experience with this company.
