We were not aware of this posting and hence the delay in responding. We are not aware of a client by the name of Sandra M and this anonymous posting makes it very difficult to give an appropriate response. The fact that debt settlement has a negative affect on your credit is fully explained to all clients and is clearly set forth in the client agreement. Also, bankruptcy is an option for many people, however, many of our clients would prefer to try and honor some of their debts through debt settlement rather than just eliminate them and pay nothing via a Ch. 7 bankruptcy. As for our level of service, we do not assign a specific representative to each client so that is why she probably spoke to different people. We are sorry this person did not have a positive experience, however, our firm is definitely not a scam as the client herself confirms since we settled four of her accounts.
