We have settled nearly all of the client's accounts and she has not even paid the projected program amount yet. If the client remains patient, we feel confident we can complete her out of the program. We NEVER draft funds without a client's authorization and based on the client's concerns, have terminated further debits. Hopefully, she will understand that debt settlement is a process and sometimes a lengthy one so we can finish her program.
