Terrible service and Company

I ordered a sectional in Mid March and they said that a new shipment will arrive on April 3rd. We decided that we will wait and when the day came we got no phone call. I called customer service and the rep indicated that the delivery was on the way to arrive on April 7th. Again, NO PHONE CALL NO SHIPMENT! I called again on the 11th and this time the rep indicated that the couch we paid for-- "wont arrive until the end of May and it was probably left behind" "we cant track what we get". Then how the hell do you if its coming at the end of May??!!! That means I paid for a sectional and now we don't know if we will ever get it since they cant track an order. They can never give you a straight answer and always gives you the run around.
