The employees at Master Serv are true professionals. Master Serv impressed me! (Estimate Writer) Dave Miller came to my home and introduced himself, He told me about all the steps that Master Serv was going to take to repipe my home. He gave me a written estimate that was $900 less then 2 other quotes that I received. Dave asked for a payment of 10% to start the job. The next morning (Plumber Foreman) Ancelmo came to my home and introduced himself and his crew (Plumbers) Mario & Felipe. He then explained what he was going to do. He asked me if I had any questions and I said NO. This employee Ancelmo made me feel very comfortable by treating my home with respect. Ancelmo and his crew started laying down protection tarps all over the floors. They put plastic around the areas they were going to work in. They cleanly opened a few walls to get the pipes where they needed them. At the end of the first day all 3 cleaned up what little mass there was. After they picked up the tarps they brought in a vacuum and vacuumed the work areas. The next morning Ancelmo told me that he needed to turn off the water for 2 hours so he could connect the new pipes. It only took him 1½ hour to do the connection. In that time he had the water working all threw the house. As Ancelmo let the water run for a few minuets to let all the air out of the lines he showed me how the new shower valves worked. When his crew was finished they picked up the tarps and started to vacuum again. They took all the old drywall and trash with them. Ancelmo asked for a payment of 80% before leaving. The next morning (Field Supervisor) Jim Johnson came to my home and introduced himself and looked over the work. He told me that he scheduled a city inspector for that day and he left. The city inspector came and looked at the job and passed the work. The next morning (Drywall Patcher) Artak came to my home and introduced himself. He told me how he was going to patch the walls. After he patched the walls he textured coated them. When he was done he showed me all the work he had done and asked if I was happy. I was amazed! He patched my walls without sanding them and making a dusty mess. He asked me for the final 10% payment. When he was done the walls looked like they were never worked on. Artak is a true artist!! I am so very Happy with Master Serv that I am going to tell all my friends & family about this company!! The 4 employees that impressed me the most were (Plumber Foreman) Ancelmo, (Plumbers) Mario & Felipe and (Drywall Patcher) Artak. At the end of the job the written estimate was exactly what I paid!!!
