This family-owned business has been around for over 30 years and uses environmentally friendly cleaners in its traditional steam cleaning. I know this because the guy told me that, after I mentioned that I wanted a local carpet cleaner, to minimize driving distances (for environmental reasons). He was efficient but incredibly thorough, he got rid of stains that seemed permanent, and my carpets actually smell factory-fresh, not soapy or chemically -- as if I had just moved in again. That was how clean and residue-free the carpets were -- the original new-carpet smell was uncovered.
Anyway, amongst the thousands of carpet cleaning listings for Torrance and the South Bay, Master Care Carpet Cleaning doesn't stand out because it's just a listing with no description or paid advertising, but I'm glad that I happened to choose them. I would definitely absolutely use them again, and recommend them to anybody in the South Bay.
