I have never been more disgusted with a company or their customer service. They trick you in to signing up by telling you can cancel at ANY TIME. However, then you are not allowed to cancel unless you move to a remote location or get a doctor's note. Every representative tells a different story. They are not concerned with the satisfaction of the customer, only in taking their money. They froze my account for 6 months and then without my knowledge or any warning reactivated it an began taking money for a service I have not once used. Massage Envy is a scam that is only interested in stealing money from customers. They don't care if you are happy with their company as long as they can take your money. Not a single helpful person was ever on the phone. And all they do is repeat verbatim their "rules and policies" instead of listening to what the customer has to say.
