MDS, aka Moda Design Systems, aka Marketing Development Services, took my money (~$3800) for office panel systems. They said they ordered the panels from the manufacturer, but the manufacturer did not get any order from MDS. Also, the manufacturer does not make the size panels I ordered. Obviously, MDS took my money with the intent to defraud. MDS refuses to answer calls, emails or a demand letter. They are thieves!!!! Stay away from these people.
MDS is run by Xavier Anguiano and Joseph (last name not known).
I've contacted the police about this and am planning on filing criminal charges. I'd love to see these guys go to jail! Another customer contacted me about being ripped off by this company.
There is one star on the rating because I couldn't choose none or less.
