RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I don't even know where to start. They are a fraudulant company and they will scam you every which way they can. They picked up my stuff in Feb and I still don't have it and it's April! They made up a new order for service and forged my signature, they broke both of our large tv's while loading them, and they laughed at our attorney when he called them and told him not to call back or they would auction our stuff. The list of things they have done to us goes on and on. I have 6 children and they don't have anything except a weeks worth of clothes. I have even told them that I just want my stuff released to me and they won't do it unless we pay them in full.
They have several different names they go under, not just Zooz and Mainline.
