This company is dishonest, unreliable, and careless. I would not recommend any one get involved with them unless you enjoy being ripped off. When planning a move you'd be better served to have someone come to your home and give you an estimate and binding contract. Meeting them face to face will also give you a better idea of the kind of people your are dealing with. Giving an estimate of what you are moving on the internet and hoping the company is reputable and honest is asking for trouble, believe me. I would run not walk away from Mainline Transportation Inc and their sister companys.
By the way Mainlines US DOT:1198091 and the MC: 478023 is the same number as a similar business in Idaho that had a good reputation in 2009, but I think they must has sold out to the present owners, because since 2010 their reputation has been very poor. When we called the claims service, CSI, they said they stopped doing business with Mainline in December 2010 and they only did business with Zooz Transportation Inc, 1 week. Zooz is the company that said they bought out Mainline but kept the same phone number and employees.
