Customer Service needs to catch up with clothes

The clothes, while definitely not budget-priced, are very well-made, trendy but not too much so, and fit all types of women beautifully. Moreover, the website is easy to browse, and its simple layout is far more pleasing to the eye than other sites' cluttered designs. However, despite many, many efforts on my part, Madewell will not stop sending me promotional emails. I've unsubscribed from their email list at least six days, but they staunchly ignore me. To be honest, it turns me off. If only they gave their customers the same attention they do to their clothes.
