What a farce!!!!. We paid $725 on Christmas Eve, and have been continually faxing these "experts" for the past two weeks, and they have not contacted our mortgage company at all!!!!!. Not once have they contacted us to enquire as to the current state of events, nor have they made any efforts to expedite the situation. I am thoroughly disgusted with the "business" dealings of these people. Any attempts at contact are met with "out to lunch", "on another call", "can I take a message". Please don't fall into the same trap as my wife, 4 kids (1 on way) and I did, and put our faith, trust and money into these people to help save our home!!!
