I finally closed on my modification 10 months into the process. I want to say that I am grateful to Brenda Trim for the efforts she put forth in helping me. I started with a different associate who lead me to believe a few things that turned out to be false, but Brenda took the situation and was able to calm my flared temper and put things back on the right track. Almost a year after contacting MDF, my mortgage decreased by $700 dollars a month. While I feel after it was all said and done that I could have done it myself, I wouldn't want to. There was enough phone calls for me already and I didn't do even half of what she handle for me. Brenda handled the painful legwork and basically put the papers for me to sign on the table. Thanks for all you did and for all that you put up with.
