I hired MDF to help with a mortgage modification. I cant tell you how frustrating and scary the whole process is. Kim Williams was wonderful!! She helped me through the whole thing step by step. She was patient and understanding when I was loosing it and the end result is my mtg payment went from 1810.00 per month to around 700.00 a month way better then I ever dreamed possible. Thanks Kim for everything
