We are righting this review, because if it was not for MDF Financial Services, we would have lost our home. We were 22 months behind in our mortgage payments and facing a sale date less than 2 weeks from first contacting MDF, within 1 week they postponed the sale date for 2 months. Then within the next 4 weeks they were able to get our mortgage payment modified plus they got our monthly payment reduced by more then seventeen hundred dollars. You may ask how we made it 22 months without making a payment, so here it is we tried 3 other mortage modification companies and all 3 of them came back with the same answer, and that was that they could not get our mortgage holder to negotiate. A BIG thank you to Justin, Tina & Marc you guys are the BEST !!!!!
