Marc was a high pressure salesman that promised the world, but delivered nothing. As each of our 4 investment homes in Ft. Myers neared foreclosure, he said he was talking to the bank. We contacted the bank each time & they said no one from MDF had sent any paperwork, nor had they made contact with them to modify our loans. We are out +$5K & now they are out of business. Anyone for a class action lawsuit? Contact me!
