This business decided to charge my account for a subscription and nothing said anything about a subscription. I called the # on my bank acct and they took forver to answer the phone or they just answered and huing the phone up right away.. After several phone calls during the day i called back the guy was rude. and said that he cancelled my subscription and said that i needed to email support@luminousbrites.com to get my refund so i did, and that email is wrong.
i tried calling again several times and no one is answering AND they they answer and hang up!
I dont know how to go about getting my money back. any comments?
