Review 2/23/2010

I visited the Lumber Liquidators location in Santa Ana on 12/28/2009 to purchase hardwood flooring. I had questions about the different types of flooring because I am not an expert in this field. I explained I have animals and that I needed a very durable floor. I asked for the salesman's help to determine the best type of floor for me. I showed him 3 samples that my wife and I liked and which would be the best for my needs. he suqqested this wonderful looking bamboo and we left feeling good. I then installed the floor. Soon after installation I realized my dog was leaving dents all over the floor where he walks. I called corporate with my concerns and after about 3 weeks of dealing with numerous customer service agents and multiple phone calls, I was told it is my duty to research the floor and no fault of the salesman. They take no responsibility for the choice their salesman suggested I purchase. They denied any refund for the floor and offered me a small discount on a replacement floor.
