When we inherited my Mother's three bedroom condominium it was in need of EXTENSIVE updating. My husband and I work 24/7 thus we handed the reins to Lou and team (our first intro to Lou was through his awesome son Josh, who, last year helped us with the install of new wood floors for my Mom), we are SOOO glad we did, Lou did not miss a moment!! Working with speed and efficiency, and five short weeks, Lou and team did a SPECTACULAR job of remodeling the master bath, removing a bear of an old tile floor (kitchen, pantry & dining area), then installing gorgeous Italian porcelain floor throughout, stripping wall paper, painting and adding crown molding, installing new can lighting throughout, patching ceilings, adding smoke detectors...seriously, that man is an amazing TORNADO OF CONSTRUCTION!! We trusted him to make ALL aesthetic decisions, and he did not disappoint!! The tiles he chose are BEAUTIFUL, the design of the master bath is both utilitarian, stunningly gorgeous, such a PLEASURE to use. On top of all the above, Lou did his very best to keep the project within budget, he was VERY conscientious of our monetary limitations, making decisions to invest in particular details while trimming and easing other parts of the project in order to keep expenses under control. He took a world of burden from our shoulders, we are VERY fortunate to have found Lou, we trusted him and he returned a wonderfully remodeled home!!!
