The customer service is amazing with Loan Officer School. I actually signed up for the wrong product but was able to get it corrected and pass the National Exam. I recommend doing the Test Prep course as well. It really narrows down the most important information that you need to know to pass the exam. I spoke to David and he was able to really support my needs and struggles. If you are going to take the 20-hour course, make sure you also sign up for the Test Prep course as well. They even offer a Top Producers training class as well. Happy mortgage originating!
