Hello,
My name is Steve Dilks. My experience with Loan Solutions has been an absolute wonderful experience. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about using a 3rd party to modify my mortgage. But after working with Lisa Hamilton and Natalie, I couldn't be happier. They were polite, even when I was starting to get concerned, they showed poise and professionalism. They showed diligence and kept me informed of all and any changes throughout the process. The end result was amazing. My mortgage payment is significantly lower and I now can keep my home.
