Loan Solutions helped me with a modification after I had been going around and around with the mortgage company for months by myself. I felt like everytime I had a question or issue my loan processor was there for me. She explained things so I could understand the process. And best of all she dealt with the company who had been giving me the run-around, so I didn't have the added stress. Caitland always got back to me in a timely manner and made this process as stress-free as possible. She also calmed me a few times as I was getting nervous about the whole situation. It worked out great and I would tell anyone who needs help and is tired of trying to deal with this situation themselves it is worth having Loan Solutions on your side working for you to get the best solution for you worked out. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and willing to work with me.
