I have had good experience with Loan Solutions. I started my initial contact with Benn Willcox, and have had Nicole Carlos working with my current mortgage company. I would have liked to get the monthly payments a little lower, but as Nicole explained to me there was no guarantee that the mortgage company would continue to negotiate with us.
Nicole Carlos was very professional and understanding throughout the process. I would recommend Loan Solutions to friends considering the avenue that I have taken to resolve my mortgage problems before having my home taken away by bankruptcy or foreclosure.
