Absolutely unacceptable!!

Overall process was very poor, first I had Mike A Brown as my loan rep, all was good, then with no notice he is not returning my phone calls or emails, then 3 weeks later I am finally contacted by another loan Rep, Nicholas Toscano, who to his credit tried to appease me by saying the same ol lines that Mike gave me. I understand that we are not working in the same state, but communication for a lack of better words, outright sucked! I was finally able to sign my loan documents on June 30th, a month and a half after my initial May 14th application. I was told that because I am a return customer I didn't need an appraisal, so that my process, per Mike, will be a quick 3 to 4 week turnaround. Today is now July 10th, 11 days after I signed my papers, and my original mortgage is still not paid off and I have not received my funds either. I was told I wont receive it until July 13th, because escrow is pointing the finger at loanDepot and loanDepot is pointing the finger at escrow. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
