Can't Rate Zero Stars - Stay Away

They talked a good talk, but I should have trusted my instincts to stay away. First I got the email from Casey that starts "Hey Angela." Obviously not me and it goes to show that they use form letters/emails for responses. Then they got me, who I would consider, the worst appraiser, Jo Dee Reidelberger. My impression being that her concern was to write it up as quickly as possible so that she could leave on vacation. In addition, she was very rude to my wife by failing to acknowledge her greeting. As I have since found out, she also wrote the appraisal in such a way that she would have to come out a second time, which I understand to mean that I would be charged an additional appraisal fee. And finally, calls were not returned to me when they said they would call back. I spoke with Sr Account Manager Charron Boyd and she said she would check on something and call me back the next day, but no call back. I left messages several days in a row and still did not get a call back from her. Then I hear from Account Manager Jerre Sartain. I spoke with her on July 3rd and she promised to call me back on Monday July 7th. Today is July 10th, and still nothing. I can't tell you how much I have enjoyed wasting my time.
