This place is a joke. I ordered a mattress set from this company. When it arrived there was no frame. I called to inform customer service of the problem and I was told it would be delivered on Monday (4 days later). 2 days after receiving the mattresses we unwrapped them and noticed that the wrong ones were delivered. We called the store to inform them of the problem. We were told to call customer service back so that’s what we did. We were told that the new mattresses could be delivered on Wednesday (2 days later). They were being really rude so I cancelled the order. They said that’s fine and hung up the phone. On Wednesday the delivery driver came to pick up the mattresses and told me I have to accept the order or they could not take the wrong ones back with them.I have been calling the store and every time I call the manager is unavailable and it is the same thing when I call customer service and ask for the supervisor Sue Chaudhury. No one will return my calls. I have left may messages for both of them and im getting nowhere. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now. I cant get them to pick up there mattresses or call me back.
