Great Results

In Feb 2012, I reached out to LW&M. I owed 48K in back taxes. They took the time to answer all my concerns. They also allowed me to do a payment plan & they started work on my case once the received my first installment payment; not after the balance was paid. I believe it was half down & the remaining was paid bi-weekly. That helped a lot. Because of procrastination on my end I didn't submit everything needed to move forward until June 20th. In October I received a call from the IRS requesting a couple of additional items. On December 13, 2012 my Offer In Compromise was accepted by the IRS. I owed $48K and they accepted our offer of $1,200.00 (one thousand two hundred). I was so excited I just sat in my car for 5 minutes just staring at the letter. LW&M did not promise me anything but my results were wonderful. I worked with Karl who responded to all me emails during the process anytime I asked for an update. Although I might have driven him bonkers he always remained polite and professional. I chose this company after calling Blue Tax and others that I saw TV commercials. I didn't feel good about those companies so I took to the Internet and LW&M came up in a list of the 5 top tax resolution companies. I spoke with them and asked questions that I learned from the companies I saw on TV. What made me feel comfortable with LW&M is that they were not selling me a dream. They didn't guarantee anything and I didn't feel like I was being given false dreams. Those things made me feel they were an HONEST company. In addition, their rates were much less expensive then others and I honestly believe they are a better company. My contact person left the company and I was not notified until I tried to reach him. Although this worried me, the group was on top of it and had it all under control and I was right back on track. One hand knew what the other had was doing and if they didn't I would have never known - that's how professional and organized they were.
I appreciate your help. This was the best birthday and Christmas gift I could have every received - that letter saying that my $1,200.00 offer was accepted on a balance of $48,000.00. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. Not for just doing a great job but for being patient with my 101 questions and emails.
