I contacted Lifeline in 09/2009, was ASSURED OVER & OVER again by John D'Angelo that he pre-qualified us & that we would get a modification with 90 days...
Almost 7 months later 7 NOTHING!!!!!!
When asked for a refund, Jeff Green (oh he's a peach) stated that he would NOT allow us a refund & that he was glad to know we were loosing our home.
I was given the run around & come to find out from our lender that did NOT hear from our Mitigator when she stated she called them.
They heard from her maybe once a month, after she assured me she contacted them weekly.
When I asked for a refund, I was told they were ceasing work on our file & would NOT get a dime back.
**** THEY PROMISE YOU THE WORLD, BUT IN THE END YOU CAN DO THE WORK YOURSELF****
We ended up with a modification that I completed BY on our own!!!!!
