This company makes promises that they can not keep. They communicate very poorly. We contacted them back in March 2009 to negotiate out mortgage. Since that time I have been through (3) different specialists, (1) Manager, 1 sales person and (1) client services Director. Mr. Jeff Green (what a joy he is to work with). They charged us $2250 up front, which after being lied to, hearing numerous excuses, and accomplishing nothing, told me they would refund $300 per our contract. They could not complete modification, and because of my complaining to them, they elected to cancel your contract and refund $300. They are a total scam.
