This company tells you everything you want to hear. They make promises that they can not keep. Their communication skills are pathetic. They do not return calls nor answer phones. We contracted them back in August to negotiate out mortgage. We have seen nothing from them nor has our lender heard from them. They had no problem charging $1300.00 for services that have not been rendered.
