They are not professional, I was waiting for a resolution from the bank and I have to be in contact with the bank most of the time. When the bank gave me the option to apply for the new program the respresentative from lifeline told me she didn't know how the program making home affordable works and asked me to called her two months later. In the meantime the representative from the bank called me to resolve the loan modification because the company that suppose to represent me did not answer. Things were not well done and I did not get good results.
