I think this company is very unethical

I have had a very bad experience with this company. Everything they said they would do they refused to honor. They are not honorable people. Instead of taking responsibility for not doing what they said, they blamed me somehow. I think they are a very unethical and unprofessional company. When I tried to reason with them, I could not work out a reasonable solution. They need to learn ethics and professionalism.
