We started with Rocket loan and by day 5 the process was getting confusing and we were always assigned another customer rep when they could not explain or answer questions. We reach out to Josh and Westlend financial and his 1st call to us was on a Sunday and he got us to where we were when we left Rocket in just under an hour. From that point on Josh was reachable and responsive. Always the true professional. Josh simply made the entire process less stressful with his knowledge and ability to answer questions and or find the answer quickly. We will be recommending Josh to friends and family...heck even total strangers if we hear anyone say they are looking to do a mortgage or re-finance.
