We used this site to first ask a question about a possible refinance, and then once we got some good professional responses from the lenders, to actually sign up and get custom quotes from the lenders that were assigned to us. We ultimately went ahead with one of the lenders and got a pretty good deal out of it. Site was super user-friendly and really useful. Strongly recommend.
