This company starts off good but then they hit you with two $199.00 fees that are very unclear and hidden! That's a FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR charge to you and for what???
They get away with it because they charge your card after the deadline that THEY say you ca cancel their nonsensical services. They even spelled my company name wrong on the initial filing. When they told me that my business was filed with MD State, I couldn't find it on the State website. I called them about it and they assured me that it was there. I figured it out when I really looked at the way they were sending me emails with the misspelling. Then when I went to correct THEIR ERROR they want me to pay the $155 MD filing fee. I am on the phone with them (ON HOLD for an hour now) just to get their Registered Agent Name in MD. I have the address of their Registered Agent if it helps anyone, But I think I need a specific name, they are about to get sued!!!
