Worst customer service

I just had the worst experience with them. They have zero customer care... After only using the service once 6 months ago, they rejected my request of cancelling the auto-renewal because I didn't file within 30 days in advance, which was NOT clearly specified when I signed up to it. All attendees showed zero interest in providing a solution and simply ignored the fact that the service has not being used for awhile.
I feel companies that fail to provide the basic of customer care do not deserve their customer, and also this clearly reflects on their overall service level and how different departments will treat their customers.
