Manipulation, lies, mislead, would not provide refund once you have made a cancelation they block your number and email to ignore your repetitive calls especially if they owe you money. They'll tell you that the provide certain services for certain fees, not telling you about reoccurring charges and if you cancel they'll tell you they'll provide a refund and they'll tell you to call six different departments, only to avoid your calls. Then when you ask for an itemization of services for the fees they want, they will not provide those for you and if you cancel they'll tell you that they will refund your account only to find that this is false. This is the most misleading company I've ever dealt with in my life and they will do anything to prevent you from canceling. If you cancel, they kindly tell you they'll provide a refund on the initial refund request call, however no refund follows and they act like it's such an inconvenience to refund funds for services they have never provided. Someone must stand up to these people. Don't get caught up with this company, they can not provide itemization for services, they'll deduct funds from your account without authorization and then when you ask for a refund, you'll find it criminal to see how they have organized what appears to be a fraudulent attempt to keep your funds by telling you that you authorized subscription services. It's amazing they are all in business really. Please contact me if they've done this to you, I'm forming a class action suit against them for the hardship and misleading conduct I've dealt with since responding to an article about their services.
