Legalzoom a "Nightmare" in the making

I choice Legalzoom from a recommendation from a friend of mine. I had plenty of time for them to meet my goal to start my business date of Oct 1, 2019. Well how wrong was I. It is now 11/13/2019 and I still do not have my EIN tax or my Wholesale number, which I paid for. My DBA came one month late and was never told that I was going to have to file for my wholesale number myself after paying them and after one and half months go by. I am sitting on the phone with the IRS right now, I am fuming and the CSA at Legalzoom just hung-up on me when I asked why my EIN paperwork was not sent in on the date that I signed it by e-mail and returned on the 10/22/2019, but on 10/28/2019, 6 days later when they knew it was a urgent matter. The IRS is now telling me they never received it. This has put me in a very bad situation with my new business and I am having to turn business away as I am unable to open an bank account or order the necessary products. Stay away from Legalzoom and do it yourself or hire a local Attorney.
